Across every organization I worked in, the same thing happened.
Great teams stalled. Not because of talent. Because feedback got filtered before it reached the room. Because decisions drifted into consensus nobody believed in. Because the real blocker was something everyone felt but nobody named.
The people inside couldn't fix it. They were part of the system they were trying to change. You can't read a pattern you're standing inside.
So I stepped out. I built a practice around helping teams see what’s actually happening and name what’s in the way. And staying with them until the new way of working holds.

Every commercial motion: B2B, B2C, wholesale. I watched strategy get translated at every layer. And watched it quietly get lost at most of them.
